BOOKING CONDITIONS

PAYMENT :  -  50% upon signing of the contract by bank transfert  IBAN or     

                          SWIFT within three (3) weeks after your booking confir-

                          mation ;

                      -  50% one month before embarkation by bank transfert IBAN  

                         or SWIFT  or upon embarkation  in CASH.

                    

CAUTION :  2500 EURO in Cash or Credit Card

                      VISA or MASTERCARD.

CHECK IN

The official time for your yacht to be ready is 17:00 on the first day of charter.  But if the yacht is ready before you will take her earlier. At your arrival with the 2 skippers,  we will begin the check in and you will sign the inventory list.  

We will go at the Port Police to have the departure for you.

CHECK OUT

You need to check out from the yacht at 09:00 on the day of departure which means being in the port the night before night.

EXTRAS

All the extras as outboard,transfert, skipper and end cleaning must be paid at the base in cash. We can arrange transfert for you by pullman but you can transfert yourself by taxi or bus X 96 from the airport which stop in front of the marina.

OPTIONS :   SKIPPER      :  140 euro/day + food

                      COOK        :  140 euro/day + food

                      HOSTESS  : 13/WEEK0 euro/day + food

ONE WAY :   Athens-Rhodes  700 euro + fuel

                      Athens-Kos        600 euro + fuel

                      Athens-Corfou   700 euro + fuel

                     Athens-Syros      400 euro + fuel

                     Athens-Sporades 500 euro + fuel

THE YACHT SHOULD BE RETURNED AT THE BASE THE

DAY BEFORE THE END OF THE CHARTER PARTY

ARRIVAL : One week before beginning of the charter, please send us :

-          Crew list with the name of the passengers

-          Approximative arrival time at the marina

DISCOUNT :   5% for repeat client

                         10% for 3 weeks charter (skipper & crew should                

                         not change ).

                        10% for early booking until 31/12/2009

                        15% maximum discount

INCLUDING IN THE PRICES : Set linen/week (bed sheets, pillow cases,   

                        Towels), gaz, VAT.

NOT INCLUDING IN THE PRICES : Fuel, water, provisioning, port and

                       Marinas fees

CONTRACTS : We send you 5 contracts of the Charter Party (4 copies

                            must be returned to us).

                           A crew list to be completed (must be returned to us before

                           one week of the departure).

                           Provisionning list (upon request).

ORIGINAL SAILING LICENCE OF THE SKIPPER AND CO-SKIPPER ARE

REQUESTED BY THE PORT POLICE

          but  the second skipper  can sign a declaration if he hasn’t sailing licence
